TaPalma Contest Mallorca-2024
TaPalma is holding the tapas and cocktail competition two days before the start of the route, following the model of national gastronomic competitions. The TaPalma Mallorca-2024 competition will be held on Monday 25th November at the Palau de Congressos de Palma, the venue for the competition for the seventh year running.
There will be three prize categories: TaPalma 2024 Tapa, Themed Tapa 2024, and TaPalma 2024 Cocktail. In each of these three categories there will be gold, silver and bronze prizes.
Second prizes will also be awarded for the best tapa paired with San Miguel, for the best tapa made with DO Oli Mallorca and for the best cocktail made with Antonio Nadal product.
As was the case last year, a jury made up of nationally and internationally renowned chefs and bartenders will decide who this year’s winners are on the 25th.
